But with that growth, small cracks have started to appear.

And as it grows, your patterns are mirrored and amplified back to you.

The lack of trust you have in money. In other people. 

The control tendencies that were fine when you were running the show, 

but are now disempowering your team. 

The fear that the money and the sales will run out — who will you be if that happens?
The small moments of sabotage every time life gets just a little bit better.
 The tendency to overcomplicate when it feels too easy.

The question of — how long can I hold this?

My business grew fast, and for many years, it's been highly successful. I'm beyond grateful. 

And yet... I had some major lessons quite early on, that have shaped how I run my business today. 

I grew the early foundations of my business in a noisy online space that celebrated endless scaling, constant reaching, and chasing more — money, virality, clients, scaling... more, more, more.

I absorbed the idea that real success meant constantly scaling. That my legitimacy could be proven through my income, and that building a "serious" business required more offers, more content, bigger teams, ads, funnels, and visibility — just to keep up with the other big names.

I poured a lot of time, money, and energy into building offers, funnels, figuring out ads, etc. While I don't regret it, I know how unnecessary it is for so many business owners, and how heavy it can begin to feel.

When we ask ourselves: "What does success truly look and feel like?"  That's when we can start to give ourselves permission to reach for what actually matters — in our bank accounts, in our impact, and in our lives.

So I did the opposite of what I'd been taught.

I cut over 50% of my business. I simplified aggressively. I stopped competing, stopped proving, and stopped building a business to justify my worth.

My business generates multiple six-figures each year, working approximately 15 hours a week. I run a lean team, operate at 85-95% profit, build wealth every month, and spend my time only on the work I actually want to do. This is my definition of success and I'm proud to live it. 

I'm also about to start my PhD in Psychology; and I hold a Masters in Behavioural Psychology and 15 years of working as a behaviour therapist, organisational wellbeing consultant and a business and leadership coach.

That's the lens I bring to this work. A healthy relationship to my ambition. Calm, fulfilling wealth — built intentionally, backed by both lived experience and academic rigor.
